Candidates should have mandatorily passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level examination AND (a) Graduation with minimum 3(Three) years degree course in any discipline University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent OR (b) BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent Aeronautical Engineering Electronics: 10+2 Intermediate Minimum 50% Marks in Physics and Math and Minimum 4 Year Graduation / Integrated PG Degree in Engineering / Technology.

1. Go to the official website and click on ‘CANDIDATE LOGIN – Register’.
2. Then fill your name, email id, mobile number and other details.
3. Then generate OTP, after verify OPT, click on sign up.
4. Then sign up with email id and password.
5. Then click on AFCAT.
6. Then read the instructions and fill up Personal details, Qualification details, Course preferences and Address details.
7. Upload your photo, signature, and thumb in proper format.
8. Select state and corresponding exam city.
9. Pay application fee in online format.
10. Finally submit the application form and keep the printout of the application form for future use. And do not send the hard copy of the application form & other documents to the IAF office.
