Qualification Criteria
For Mate / Blaster
Passed SSC / Matric exam under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
For Other Trades
Passed SSC / Matric exam under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
ITI passed in the respective trade from an institute recognized by NCVT / SCVT.
Eligibility for HCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022
1. The candidate must possess required qualification as given on cut-off date 01.11.2022.
2. The candidate must be ITI passed from the respective trade for applying against Sl No. 3 to 13 and the same must be recognized by NCVT/SCVT. In case of Sl N. 1 & 2, the candidate must be passed SSC.
3. The candidates who have passed ITI in the year 2019 or prior to the year 2019 are required to produce an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper sworn-in before a Magistrate or Notary Public to the effect that they have neither undergone apprenticeship training from anywhere earlier nor have taken employment anywhere.
4. Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as Diploma / B.E. or equivalent shall not be considered any posts. Additionally, candidates having higher academic qualification like B.A./B.Sc./B.Com etc will not be given any additional weightage to any posts.
Selection Process
1. The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit based on their marks obtained in ITI & SSC.
2. A weightage of 30% to marks scored in relevant trade in ITI & a weightage of 70% shall be given to marks scored in SSC board.
3. In case where no ITI is required [Like in the trades of Mate (Mines) & Blaster (Mines)], 100% weightage will be given to marks scored in SSC. Additional 10 bonus marks will be given to dependants of existing employees of HCL/KCC while deciding merit.

1. Candidates should register themselves for apprenticeship in Government of India portal i.e., www.apprenticeshipindia.org. The registration is compulsory for all candidates.
2. The candidates have to go to official website (www.hindustancopper.com) and submit their application online.
3. Fill registration details & update required details like address, qualification and other details.
4. Upload your photo and signature in proper format.
5. Finally submit the application form and keep the printout of the application form for future use. And do not send the hard copy of application form & other documents to the HCL office.
