Qualification Criteria
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics)
BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering[EC] with First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
GATE Qualification : Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC : Paper Code)
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical)
BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering[ME] with First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
GATE Qualification : Valid GATE score in Mechanical Engineering (ME : Paper Code)
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science)
Computer Science Engineering[CS] with First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
GATE Qualification : Valid GATE score in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS : Paper Code)
Age Limit As on 19.12.2022
Minimum Age Limit : 28 years

The Application Fee for each application is Rs.250/-.
All Women/SC/ ST,EXsM and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee

Selection Process
Candidates will be Screened-in for Interview on the basis of a valid GATE2021 or GATE2022 Scores.
The qualification mentioned is the MINIMUM requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Interview.
Shortlisting of the candidates for Interview in the ratio of 1:7 shall be depend on the GATE Scores awarded and not on GATE marks or GATE Rank.
The candidates will be assessed on the basis of following attributes,
Technical (Academic) knowledge : 40 Marks
General Awareness in relevance to the area of Specialisation – Technical : 20 Marks
Presentation/Communication Skill : 20 Marks
Comprehension : 10 marks
Academic achievements : 10 marks
Total Marks. : 100
Candidates will have to score : 60 marks in the Interview
And the PWBD candidates will have to score : 50 marks in the Interview.
For generation of the final panel, 50% weightage will be given to GATE Scores and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
Pay and Allowances for ISRO Recruitment 2022
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid approximately Rs.56,100/- p.m.
Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per rules. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme method.
Other benefits are medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance etc are admissible as per Central Government process.
