3. Fill up your Name, Mobile number, Email Id

4. Upload photo and signature in the proper format.

5. Fill up the basic details.

6. Select the examination centre.

7. Fill up personal details, address details, educations qualification details and experience details.

8. Upload Left thumb impression and hand written declaration in the proper format

9. Pay application fees in the online format.

10. Finally submit the application form and keep the printout of the application form for future use. And do not send the application form & other documents to the SEBI office.
