Roger Binny became a BCCI President

The BCCI has elected former Indian cricketer Roger Binny as the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Roger Binny was elected the 36th President of the BCCI Board.

Roger Binny was the only candidate for the post, hence he has been elected unopposed as the BCCI President.

He replaces former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly.

This decision was taken in the Annual General Meeting of BCCI held in Mumbai.

Roger Binny was a member of the 1983 World Cup team.

Roger Binny took the highest 18 wickets in the 1983 World Cup title.
